LOT Polish Airlines Lounge Review - Terminal 5, Gate 17, Chicago O'Hare Airport This was my second visit to the LOT Polish Airlines Lounge since Cathay Pacific began using it, replacing the less impressive Swiss Lounge. The lounge offers a modern and decent atmosphere. However, it has only one shower room, and the men's toilet is quite small, meaning you should anticipate a wait if you need to use either. Fortunately, I did not have to wait for the shower room. The front desk staff were polite and helpful, providing me with a fresh towel. Slippers were unavailable, though shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner were provided. The space was adequately sized, with a dry and clean floor. The lounge boasts a good number of seats and features a bar with an extensive selection of cocktails and spirits. I opted for a Polish-style cocktail, the "Sunset," which was delightful. I then found a table to enjoy lunch, and I was pleased with both the food and service. The salad, cold dish, and hot dish sections offered a variety of options. I particularly enjoyed the Polish dumplings and soups. On the day of my visit, they served an Indian vegetarian dish with paneer and spinach, roasted beef, and a cold soup. I completed my meal with a slice of cheesecake. The staff were efficient, contributing to a relaxing experience. Based on my visit, I would rate the lounge 4 out of 5.

New LOT Polish airline lounge near M18 is very nice, has a variety of hot dishes, salads/ bread and dessert. Very nice bar with a good selection. Can get crowded with all the Business Class Star Alliance partners but people are moving in and out. Friendly front desk check in and ladies being the bar.

The Chicago O’Hare LOT team were great. My daughter flew to Warsaw alone (for the first time) and the customer service was outstanding. The team made her feel comfortable and check-in was easy. Travel is always difficult so kudos to LOT for making the flight easy. Additionally, the flight was delayed by 30 min and the captain made up the time in route and the flight landed on time.

The lounge is clean and well-organized. The staff are friendly and the food options are decent. Mia at the bar is fantastic!

The front desk worker was absolutely amazing, empathetic, energetic and caring. Today, she made my parents’ day by providing the best customer experience you can get in a lounge. The food was great, plenty of space and no lines.

The new LOT Lounge is a great place to get some work done, make those last-minute emails, and enjoy a good meal. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and variety of the food. Comfortable, clean, and relaxing atmosphere. Definitely recommend!

The Polish lady bartender working at 5pm on October 20 is one of the top I’ve ever encountered anywhere. The Polish food on offer is good. The artwork attached to the ceiling is very beautiful and well done. The ceiling height makes the area seem spacious even when crowded. Whoever designed this space did a top-notch job.
