My significant other has never flown private until lone star aviators and now he will fly only with lone star aviators. I grew up on private planes and these guys take care of their clients. Devon is awesome to work with and very efficient. He is extremely responsive and very Customer Service oriented. Charles is an awesome pilot and very safety conscious. Peter and Charles made sure our plane was very clean and fully stocked. We really appreciate working with them and we will continue to do so in the future!

The LSA team is very service oriented from the sales to the pilots. Went out of their way to make sure all our needs were met and we actually got the value many operators promise, but fail to deliver. LSA is now my go to for best private flight experience. Give them a try. You’ll be happy you did!

Lonestar Aviators is top-notch. We’ve flown with them to Las Vegas and Park City, and both trips were seamless. The planes are spotless and comfortable, and the team is professional and attentive. They make private flying feel effortless and first-class. We’ll definitely continue to use them for future trips.

Edit to add: While as unfortunate as our situation was, I do appreciate you guys consistently reaching out to remedy the situation as best you can. Safe to say that you did not lose our business! Thanks Wish I could write a much more positive experience, but unfortunately for my first ever charter experience it was pretty dreadful. I’m not even including the plane change or the 4.5 delay in this review, because I understand things happen and safety is always a priority and I do appreciate LSA making sure everything was safe and comfortable in the air. Unfortunately most of our luggage did not fit on the plane, despite me sending a link to the luggages we were going to use to make sure that we could fit all of them and our guests luggage. I was reassured that they would fit. I asked two days before the flight departure because I was ready to overnight our luggage if necessary. I wish I would have trusted my gut because here we are 3 days into our trip and our luggage is still not even close to be being here.
