Website isn’t accurate on bus locator. This impacts you significantly in planning from the airport. Today website doesn’t show a time, I call the main office and they say 6:00am. A shuttle comes to drop off ppl, I ask the driver when the pickup will be here. He says 630am. It’s 6:01 am now. No bus and the locator now says a bus will be here in 59 minutes. Update. After 600 comes and goes I can the hub again. I tell the same man that he told Me the driver would be there at 6 and he’s not there and ask where he is. He said “our parking lot is pretty full but you can drive here to see if there’s any spots”. So clearly this man is inebriated. Bus didn’t show at 530 6 or 630. 1.5 hours with no pick up at terminal A. When He did show up it didn’t even Match what was on their website or the monitor. See photo. The worst experience. I absolutely want a refund for my time I wasted there.

Love Logan Express. Simple and easy way to and from the airport and very affordable. If you leave on time you will be on time, because they are on time. They do have a good range of departure times morning and night. They do have a park-and-fly parking lot. Not sure of the cost per day. You can download the app or go to the website and purchase your one-way or round-trip ticket. It's cheaper if you buy them online vs when you get there. One way is $11 while a round trip is $18. The tickets are good for any time that day.

On time, clean and easy to use. This was a great way to get out of the airport. The website was simple to navigate and the signage at Logan airport tells you how many minutes before the bus would arrive. It was accurate. I would use it again

Great staffs....but I was super upset due to my flight being delayed out of Orlando and I paid for round trip and didn't get back to Boston until close to 1 am and miss the bust had to take a taxi that cost $65.00 to 75.00 dollars. They need to have the shuttle run a later or reimburse people that flights gets delayed it was my fault I didn't make it on time.

Best way to get to Logan if your coming in from the west. I live in Connecticut and have used this service about six times now. Totally stress free.

Never had to wait more than 30 minutes for a shuttle to pick me up from the airport. Today, I waited an hour and a half. Then once I got back to the shuttle, the gate would not open after I paid. There was a line of cars behind me and only one exit I needed to call a phone number for help.And the gate still would not open. Was chopped there for several minutes before they finally got it working.
