    The woman at the check out counter were very helpful however waiting for your freight can take a very long time. Making coffee, hanging out. While 8 customers wait.

    Export: Great Staff, but corporation could be more accommodating. Phone system is simply horrible, you press English and you still get some one speaking Spanish, if they even answer. You press 1 for "booking" and the call goes silent. You press 2 for "sales" and you're waiting for 20 mins, again if you even get an answer. Furthermore, You can only drop off cargo 48 hours before the flight so if the flight is on a Monday, you'll have to hire someone to work on the weekend, because cargo being there on Friday will "overload" the warehouse. Lastly for the same size cargo, same departure and destination, over the last year the rates have nearly tripled with no warning or explanation.

    The people that are working on receiving office are so disrespectful and also they donโ€™t speak English at all. I donโ€™t know where we live. This is so bad that in the United States people are not speaking English at all iโ€™m inside. The forklift guys are so disrespectful and so rude to the drivers.

    Garbage communication! Garbage customer service! Garbage company! We shipped on Cathy Pacific airlines and unfortunately for us, Latam Cargo got involved. I sent 3 emails to Latam Cargo to confirm if our cargo was ready for pick-up and to confirm pick-up address. I never got a reply. Today we finally had to call only for them to tell us that we owe them an extra $119.00 for storage fees. They claim that they did send an email letting us know the cargo had arrived. Unfortunately, we never saw that email. That is why we sent the three emails in the first place because we obviously had not seen the email they had sent stating our cargo had arrived. All that was needed from them was a simple reply confirming that the cargo had indeed arrived and the pick-up address. Or easier yet, just forward the same email they claim they had already sent to us. No need to even type out a new reply. Of course, now they want to hold my cargo hostage until we do pay them. Despicable, Preposterous, Horrific behavior.
