I’ve never experienced such poor service from an airline. LATAM kept me on the phone for almost an hour, constantly transferring me from one agent to another with zero resolution to my issue. The representative Alejandro (Nov 7, 2025) was disrespectful and dismissive, showing no interest in actually helping. It’s unacceptable for an international airline to treat customers this way. I expected at least a basic level of professionalism and care, but instead I was left frustrated and without answers. Definitely reconsidering flying with LATAM in the future.

THE WORST AIRLINE! Cancelled flight after 4 hr delay with no communication. Offer hotel last minute but then take another 2 hrs to communicate where to go. Next day, same flight gets moved to different gate across the airport. Another hour delay then say plane to is overweight when everyone boarded. Shouldn’t you know that before you close the doors? Currently on the plane waiting. It’s been another hour and a half delay with no departure in site. HORRIBLE!

I have tried to speak with someone with a little bit of brain for 2 weeks , made more than 30 calls and sent 20 emails , just to try to transfer my ticket to someone else , I sent all the documentation required by Latam, on the calls the stuff do not know what to do , the calls gets disconnected everytime, they do not call back , they not answer the email. . they are poor people with 0 brain working for this company.

On August 9th, 2025, I was scheduled to travel with Delta flight DL6025, operated by LATAM Airlines as LA2481, from Miami to Lima, with a connecting flight onward to Cuzco. My travel party landed in Miami at 1:00 PM, with our connecting flight scheduled for 5:00 PM. At approximately 4:00 PM, boarding was halted because the aircraft required “maintenance.” Despite this disruption, we were assured by airline staff that our connecting flight to Cuzco would wait for us. Unfortunately, this assurance proved false, and we missed our flight entirely. This situation caused significant disruption to our travel plans and unnecessary stress. Not only was the delay due to issues fully within the airline’s control, but the false assurance about our connection compounded the problem, leaving us stranded without support. PLEASE AVOID LATAM

Dysfunctional organization. Avoid if Possible My recent experience with LATAM Airlines was extremely disappointing. Our flight was delayed due to a maintenance issue, and we were told to expect a 2-hour delay—meaning we would miss our connecting flight. After the maintenance was finally completed, it turned out there was no crew available. We were then informed (in Spanish only, despite this being a flight from the USA) that they would have to send a car to a hotel to pick up the pilot! This level of disorganization is just insane. English-speaking passengers were left completely in the dark due to the lack of announcements in English.
