Overall, I would recommend this airline. The flight attendants were extremely nice throughout the entire flight. The only complaint I have is that there was no WiFi. I planned to do a lot of work and was not about to. However, they had lots of great movies and shows to occupy your time.

Jessica Cernas (Latam LAX) ✈️ Outstanding Service!!! When my son and I were in line for the check-in, Jessica Cernas helped us get a seat to accommodate our needs. She also provided us with detailed information about the in-flight service. Jessica is attentive, professional, and above all, incredibly kind. Whether it was helping with seating adjustments, providing thoughtful guidance, or simply delivering service with a genuine smile. She went above and beyond to make the experience feel personal and enjoyable. I can tell Jessica loves what she does, and it makes all the difference. Thank you Jessica for turning a routine flight into a memorable journey!

Flew return to Peru from Los Angeles. Very poor experience! Flight attendants only came by a few times in a 9 hour flight. Planes were old. Entertainment players kept stopping in the middle of movies and food was horrendous; even for airplane food! The pinnacle of our negative experience was finding two hairs in my beef stirfry(which looked like dogfood btw). One was about 1 cm long and one about 4-5 cm long. It nearly made me throw up. I rang the call button immediately as did my husband but no one came. After 45 minutes of waiting, I went to back galley. Attendants said they “didn’t hear the calls” and said they would file a report. Got a very snooty email from LATAM saying that without proof ( which I couldn’t provide because looking for that hair again in my food would make throw up) they would do nothing. Nothing apologies and no apologies for the other issues with the service and planes. Horrible customer service!!!!!!

The staff is not so friendly. Food is quite good but nothing extraordinary. I really didn’t have a good experience from the flight Lima-Los Angeles, there is an available seat, I asked to the crew staff and she told me that I can’t switch to that seat but after dinner a guy moved to that’s seat and the crew didn’t said anything.... LIER AIRLINE.

Recently flew to Peru on Latam air, they provide an awesome service their plane is very clean. Their food served is good. Their check-in process was easy.. would definitely fly again. I’m going back to South America.
