I love this airport. Small airport with 2 terminals. Easy to manuever. Free parking. Car rentals onsite. Friendly staff. Accessible parking and entrance. Terminals are upstairs and there is an escalator.

Unique airport serving the Lake Charles area. It’s small but pleasant to fly out of. Well kept and very clean. Keep in mind there are only vending machines in the departure lounge area, so you may want to plan ahead. Staff are friendly with patient TSA agents.

It is a very small airport, but the staff works twice as hard as the staff at the large airports. They have to wear many hats due to low staffing; however, they all do everything with a smile and a "yes, ma'am!; yes, sir!" What more could you ask for than good service, unconditional welcome, and respect that was so common back in the good ole days? 😁 I'll take it any day of the week! ✔️✝️💯🔥😁🙂✅️

Small and convenient airport. Great staff and clean facility. Courtney is an excellent worker, very kind, knowledgeable, and fast. Any issues I’ve ever had she has handled them with the utmost care. Makes flying through LCH enjoyable.

5 stars! I flew out of Lake Charles Regional Airport this morning on the early American Airlines flight. Absolutely no issues at all. All of the employees I encountered at the airport were very nice and friendly. I also have to say, my flight on American Airlines (I normally fly United) was AWESOME! I landed in Dallas and was dreading having to sit there for almost 3 hours waiting on my connecting flight. As soon as I got off the plane, I looked at the board and saw there was another flight leaving in about 45 minutes for my final destination. I went to that gate and the American Airlines gate employee there was very attentive, even though she was about to start with boarding passengers. She put me on that fight, allowed me to board immediately and I got to my destination with no problems whatsoever. I’m so glad I didn’t have to sit in the airport and wait! It made my day so much better and the fact that all employees I encountered today at the Lake Charles airport, the Dallas airport and the Springfield, Missouri airport were very kind. I have flown out of Lake Charles many times and I’ve never had any issues at all. Very clean and easy to navigate airport and parking is free also! Sure beats having to drive to Houston or Lafayette and deal with traffic, headaches and parking fees at larger airports. Plus, the prices I have gotten on tickets are comparable to the prices at other airports as well. I already have my next flight booked out of Lake Charles! Keep up the great work LCRA and AA!
