understaffed FBO, linemen are bureaucratic and not friendly, FBO lounge is dark, spartan and low ceilings, it took over 15 minutes to pay my overpriced landing fee for turbine aircraft because the lineman did not know how to operate the computer and he preferred to chat with non-customers over processing my bill, taxiways are in terrible shape. The landing fees are posted in fine print below the price board in the lounge. I would STAY AWAY from this airport. I've had much better service at Pittsfield and Augusta. During my trip to LaFleur this week I experienced pretty much everything you would not want to find in an FBO.
