The lobby appeared to be very nice. We got to our room and that’s where things took a turn. Bathroom was super dark almost like a night light. It’s very strange to get ready in. The bathroom was dirty and the tub didn’t look clean as there was soap scum and just dirt in the tub. We decided not to shower. The walls by the light switch had visible dirt on them and I don’t think they cleaned the floors at all. You can see hand prints on the headboard. I spilled a little water on the floor and grabbed a towel to wipe it up- the towel was covered in dirt. They clearly don’t wash the floors. Overall probably one of the worst La Quinta’s we’ve stayed in. Won’t be back.

Stay Away Filthy Rooms, Falling Ceilings, and Zero Accountability. This place is beyond horrible. The room was filthy from the moment I walked in floors dirty, walls smeared, sloppy paint job, and parts of the ceiling literally falling down. The bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks stains on the toilet, tub not scrubbed, and an overall foul smell that made me sick. I asked the front desk for a different room, thinking maybe it was just bad luck. They showed me another one same nasty mess. Dirty, rundown, and completely unacceptable. Instead of fixing the problem, I was told to just “go to a different hotel.” That’s their solution! This place should be shut down until it’s cleaned and renovated properly. The management clearly doesn’t care about guests, cleanliness, or basic hospitality. I wouldn’t recommend this dump to anyone not even for one night. Avoid this hotel at all costs. You’ll regret every minute you spend here.

Stayed here this past weekend for a funeral. Walking in the hotel looked nice being for a La Quinta Inn. Most likely as it is taken over from Wyndamm. Check in process was smooth. Although the front lady checking me in could’ve had some better customer service. No greets, just got down to business, and never even got up from her chair. I didn’t say thank you and she didn’t either. lol. Upon going up to the room, the hallways did smell a bit of some type of cleaning agent as noted in a previous review. Although it wasn’t too strong, it was pretty noticeable. Reminded me of a hospital smell. But it was clean. The room was great, bed was comfy, and they had nice pillows. The tub was a little older and sunken in but it worked. The pool also looked nice and big, although I didn’t use it. Would be great if I brought my kids. And breakfast was your standard but good. Cereal, eggs, sausage, biscuit n gravy… Overall nice hotel for the price compared to others around $100 more per night. I’d def come back again.

We needed a room close to the hospital due to an early morning procedure time. Upon entering the lobby, there was an intense fragrance that was very overwhelming. We were on the 3rd floor and could smell the chlorine from the pool the second we stepped onto the elevator. Our room had an intense fragrance. I called the front desk and asked if there was a plug-in fragrance that could be removed. The person at the front desk offered to move us to another room, and kindly let me see the room first, but that room's smell was even worse, so we chose to stay in the current room. The staff member stated it was most likely the chemical used to clean the floor. Having asthma and other medical conditions that are triggered by artificial fragrances, it was a horrible night of coughing that lasted well into the next day after we left. The room was clean, but needed updates, especially in the bathroom. My mother took a shower and did not feel safe in the bathtub despite the grab bars. The lighting in the bathroom was very poor. The air conditioning unit was extremely loud and disruptive to a good night's sleep. I would never stay at this location again.

We needed a place to stay for a short few hours while passing through. Upon entering the lobby looked really nice. Our room was not nice at all. We just need a place to sleep for a few hours and did not have the time or energy to ask to switch rooms. The 2 double beds were hard as a rock with small pillows. I did not pull out the sofa bed as there were no sheets, blankets or extra pillows in the room. The inside dresser drawers were dirty with crumbs and hair. There were pills on the coffee tray. The bathroom is so dark with the only lighting behind the mirror. The bathtub was black with a visible foot print. The bedroom overlooked a large spot light and the blackout shade was broken so the bright light shined directly into the bedroom. Overall, this room was not very clean, not worth the money spent.
