Terrible place to delivery. Got me 7 hours to get unload, people in the front desk don’t speak English, and even with all papers from shipper, they ask for more papers ( but one by one, instead of ask all paper they need in one time for me ask the broker). People don’t know what they are doing, never again. After unload, I need the papers signed, one more hour for just that. And after read the reviews, it’s always terrible.

Staff are nice but waiting time can be longer than expected due to the virus outbreak.

Poor service, long delays. The forklift operators are really slow. They play with people's time, and the counter staff have a very bad attitude.

Drivers, stay away from this location. Got here at 10am didn’t receive a dock until 3pm, finished getting loaded at 5:30pm. Very unorganized and they give docks randomly not based on who arrived first

There is no order in the whole facility! The drivers are allowed to leave paperwork and then sign in. The warehouse forklift technicians they choose who they serve first. Only one forklift was operating. The drivers were skipping the line to get serviced first. I heard that if you gi e money under the hand, you might get your shipment quicker. Horrible experience.
