ZERO stars - wow - they work with google to eliminate negative reviews. Here is my repost from 2021: Not impressed, transiting from JNB, told (via text) on the day of the flight to the US, the flight is delayed. Landing in Schiphol and waiting for another security screening booth to open (yes there were only 2 for about 6 flights). After clearing security check #2, I asked my daughter to run and tell them we are still coming (as gate was still open). We just got off a flight from JNB after 10 hours in flight. The KLM staff said they couldn't hold the gate open for us - wow. They were telling my daughter that we would need a new flight (next day) because of their initial late flight! Wow - useless airline, lucky there was a large group still checking in and gave us time to catch our second flight. We will never fly with them again and stick with Delta. By the way, don't sit in the back of the plane, you will run out of meal choices whenever they show up to serve you.

The worst airline i've had in my life. The business class experience can't even compare to the other airline's economy class.

I flew from Ohare to Stuttgart with a layover in Amsterdam. When I got to Stuttgart 1 of 2 checked bags where lost. I had all my clothes, shoes, jewelry, medicine, and personal items inside. I’m in a foreign country with no luggage. KLM keeps telling me there trying to trace the bag however they don’t know where it is. That’s crazy!

Horrible. From Munich to Chicago was awful. I have no idea why this crew spent most of their time behind a curtain chatting. We were ignored. The cart came by once. Everything was passed out by hand. No napkin. No utensils, no care. I asked for headphones and was told "Soon". Are you kidding me? So many screaming babies and we wanted headphones. I've flown British airways 2 other times to London and Budapest. I won't make this mistake again. My daughter's headphone jack didn't even work.

ZERO STARS!!!! If I could literally rate this airline negative stars, I would. Absolutely appalled at service on the ground and in the air. So utterly disrespected by staff at KLM O’hare Chicago Airport. Baggage fees are completely hidden and a SCAM!!! They laughed in my face while charging me for extra baggage. Horrible food on plane, horrific staff and overall worst international flight experience I have ever had. AVOID!!!
