Super slow. Was one person in the windows and take between 30 min and 1h for truck driver.

I pick up here several times a month. Their are a few employees that can use some training on hospitality and customer service.

KLM Cargo was the worst experience I've had with an international cargo provider. Staff's knowledge was extremely limited. They were terriby slow to process paperwork, and refused to provide any assistance when asked basic questions.

Friendly professional staff. Make sure you have your paperwork ahead of time. Good forklift drivers.

He, along with his female colleague, went the extra mile to ensure top notch service for me. Giovanni even volunteered to carry my crate to my car. A total gentleman.
