For decades I have traveled a lot and still do, I cannot possibly express how much I love to fly with KLM and have to deal with their staff, when practically all other Airline at times are unhelpful and even rude, especially to service members for some reason. KLM always steps up always make check-in exceptionally easy and of pleasure. Usually the worst part of traveling is having to deal with bags and check in go to KLM it's always a pleasure nothing is ever a problem I love you guys thank you so much for making much travel experience awesome.

I have flown many airlines and visited many airports, but KLM and Amsterdam were the absolute most horrific I have ever experienced. My flight KLM from Croatia was late to Amsterdam by 90 minutes. I missed my KLM connection back to the States and waited 6 hours STANDING in line to have a KLM agent help me rebook another return flight. There was absolutely no communication the moment I landed in Amsterdam until I finally spoke with an agent. The others waiting in line with me (over 100) were told nothing either, other than to keep checking our email addresses to see if we received a rebooking invitation. The elderly, disabled and people with small children were suffering especially. There was no reason given, nor any compensation. I could not get to my carry on to take my medication because the first leg of the flight I was made to check it in, even through I was the first in line at 5am with no one ahead of me (hence plenty of room to put it in the overhead bin). They would not release my luggage so I could get to the medication. I am so very disappointed in KLM and how the situation was handled at Amsterdam.

This review is for my flight from Los Angeles, LAX, to Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. (Trip Los Angeles, California to Berlin, Germany). I booked my flight with delta; they made a few revisions to my flight before my departure. When I got to LAX, I discovered that my flight was now with KML Royal Dutch Airlines; The first time I heard about this airline, no, I hadn't been living under a rock. I usually book flights with other airlines. I did not know what to expect; I was impressed by the airline's service from the counter at LAX, the crew assigned to my flight, the pilot, and the accommodations. The food was great, the snacks were delicious, and the best part was that the premium seat was comfortable, the flight was on time, I was a happy traveler

Definitely one of the best redemption for us to date! For cash equivalent to economy class or even less, we were able to fly business. This route we took with KLM is from MAD to LAX via AMS. Because of the biz tix we were able to gain access to the lounge at MAD as well as AMS. The aircraft itself felt newer and seat config was 1-2-1 with lay flat and I slept soundly after first meal service for at least half of the flight, not too much turbulence coming home. Dutch hospitality was wonderful - a couple FA introduced themselves and chatted with us and they were cheering along with a few Dutch passengers mid flight when their futbol team scored against Argentina, it was fun to be in the midst of their excitement! We had about half hour delay to board but pilot made up by adding more fuel so we can arrive on time. As a souvenir, we each get to pick a ceramic Dutch house to take home with us, I believe the are a little over a hundred designs to choose from so you'll be tempted to fly with KLM again to add to your collection

Very bad customer service. The ladies were rolling their eyes as I arrived at their counter. They huffed as they were answering my simple questions. Full of attitude. Complaining about how they had to open the booth at 9 which was too early for them. We will be avoiding this airline at all cost in the future.
