DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They were acquired by Elevate, some numbskulls that have absolutely no clue how to acquire a business. Ever since the acquisition everything has been a complete cluster. They screw up the most basic elementary things about aircraft management. They screw up ground transportation over and over again, they send you 15 emails asking for the same information. One hand doesn’t know what the other hand is doing, they screw up the flight plans for the pilots. They screw up catering! Word in the Pilot Community is don’t work for this company! They told all the legacy staff that there would be no changes with the acquisition and what did they do? Changed everything and of course all the legacy people quit. I have made my share of business acquisitions. First thing you do is CHANGE NOTHING until you figure out what you don’t know! Great case study on how NOT to acquire a business. My mother used to call it “the poise of ignorance”. RUN THE OTHER WAY!
