First class / private jet experience for a fraction of the price. What makes it an enjoyable experience are the people. This is how flying was meant to be done. Everything from the check in, baggage handling, security screening to on board attendant and pilot make it a great flight.

I just have to say, this is my first time using this airline (and any semi-private airline like this) and I’m SOLD! This was a one off trip to get from Houston to Dallas to pick up a new car and the most affordable option to make it happen. It was such a personalized experience and they made sure all my needs were met from takeoff to my time at my destination. The staff at this specific Dallas location were amazing and helped me to find a private place to pump (even though it’s outside their norm, and they had to go above and beyond here to help me. Shoutout to Luisa and the sweet male gate agent at 10 am today’s date). So worth the money, and it was actually even cheaper than the majors for what I needed!!

Love flying in and out of JSX. The staff are always professional and friendly. On our last visit, a guest came in who was a bit loud and fussy. That is not uncommon with the clientele here, but the staff handled it with grace and kept everything running smoothly. The amenities are nice (free snacks and magazines to nab before a flight) and the spacious layout makes it easy to relax on the couches while you wait for your flight. One of the best parts is being able to arrive just 30 minutes before an international flight. We flew to Cabo with zero stress. My only complaint(s) are that I wish the bathrooms were more modern and updated and I would love if they added more destinations I frequent to see family like NYC, Tampa, and Salt Lake City.

JSX is definitely the way to go. Flew from Broomfield to Dallas on one of their regional jets. Checking in is a breeze - Closest thing to flying private that I’ve found. They scan your license, take your bag, and you walk out to the plane. You get a snack and a drink like the good old days. Your bag will be waiting for you in the tarmac when you get off the plane. All the staff are very professional and personable. Will be glad when they move to Centennial airport mid September!

I've flown JSX twice now. Since the finance bros over at the main Love Field airline have decided to throw multiple center digits at their long-time customers, I'm taking JSX every time I go to Vegas moving forward. Check-in is unbelievably easy, and their claim that you can show up a mere twenty minutes before departure is surprisingly accurate. Lack of TSA speaks for itself. I adore the luxury of skipping the all inclusive groping before my flight. The lounge area is spacious and comfortable. The service on-board is a level of pro-active eagerness that I haven't seen since the seventies. They're glad to have you as a passenger instead of bitter that you would have the temerity to pay for their services. No on-board entertainment, but the free wi-fi works great, allowing one to enjoy whatever they may wish on your own devices. The plane-side baggage right at landing is magnificent. My only minor thing is that the seats are juuuussst a bit too narrow, but given all other aspects of this flying experience, I give that a huge pass. Ticket price is roughly 2X compared to the main Love Field competition -- a price I wouldn't be able to pay on a weekly basis, but for vacations is more than fair and acceptable.

Boarding is definitely easier and faster than a commercial flight. With just one seat on each side of the plane it's much better than coach on a commercial flight. To me, first class on a commercial flight is usually better than JSX. On JSX for a 2 1/2 hour flight they took drink orders 1 time and brought by a tray of packages snacks. Other than that I haven't seen the flight attendant. The door on the bathroom didn't close or lock properly which caused a lot of awkwardness.

Finally flew JSX and I sure wish I had earlier. I am Executive Platinum with American Airlines and let me tell you.....I will pick JSX now anytime I can. The level of service, convenience and value blows away AA and their unrequited value and loyalty.
