My JSX experience from Salt Lake City to Las Vegas was absolutely worth the cost. The service was impeccable, with excellent communication throughout. The streamlined check-in and baggage claim process was a game-changer. Complimentary snacks and beverages (for both adults and children) were plentiful and readily offered. I was thoroughly impressed and can't wait to fly with JSX again.

I have traveled with JSX close to ten times. On my flight last week from Dallas to Vegas they damaged my brand new bag. I reached out with same picture I’m posting here and all Jade (employee handling this situation) offered me was a $25.00 credit towards my next flight. So I pay on average 1000-1500 a flight to be offered 25.00 credit. I asked for manger info I was ignored that request. This bag was brand new. Literally took the tag off as packing. It’s a Cotopaxi bag so it’s built very ruggedly and now the water proofing is ruined. I feel so invaluable as a customer.

The airline service is great, but everything else feels scammy. The only parking is very expensive valet. The only car rentals at any of their locations are twice the price of major rental agencies at the airport and the reviews are generally worse. To me, these things often make the experience worse than just flying in premium economy on a major airline.

This just might be my favorite new airline. They are limited to where they go. We flew to Las Vegas and the experience was wonderful. No crowds, no TSA scanners, free cocktails and snacks on board. Only show up 30 minutes before your flight. Seats are same as large jets but way more leg room! Flight only took about 65 minutes from Oakland. Only cost maybe 5% more than Southwest... It was worth it to me!

I had never taken a semi-private jet like this before. I was looking at Commercial and the cost difference considering the convenience for jsx, it was a clear winner. After being dropped by taxi i realized I left my cell in the taxi! Thankfully I had a second cell and started feverishly calling anybody and everybody to try to get my phone prior to departure, which was in 25 minutes by now(after check in, etc). Waiting outside for the taxi to return one of the jsx workers came out and called my name saying we had to go right now. I explained to her the situation she was very understanding all of the valet workers jumped in to help. They told me to start walking to the plane and if the cabby got there they would run the phone to me. Literally walking onto the tarmac one of the valet came running up and handed me my phone with a smile. From start to finish - checking in, the assistance with my issue and then saving my butt, the workers across the board were fantastic and extremely helpful. Highly recommend. Customer service seems to be an absolute priority The flight was smooth and pleasant. Flight attendant knew of my plight(cell phone emergency!) and was so comforting and supportive. Cannot say enough good things about JSX. Given the opportunity, I will fly them 10 out of 10 times. Cheers,

Enjoyed the convenience of bypassing all the hassles of the TSA, crowd, distance and not to mentioned delays and cancellations of big airlines at large airports. The check-in was swift and the amenities at the boarding area were adequate. Nothing but compliment about the service and flight. The airport was about 10 to 15 minute Uber ride to most of the hotels on the Strip. Originally thought rent a car would be an issue, but glad to find out Caesars has Enterprise on site, so taking Uber to the Hotel worked perfectly.

Flights are fast and efficient. Planes are comfortable. No guest parking no short or longterm parking aside from the valet option. If youre picking up allow 5-10 minutes so you aren't driving around in circles. If you have to arrive earlier than arrival time there is an empty parking lot down the street you can wait in.
