I've been trying to pay a ticket for months and keep getting incorrect information and had to get a refund , now they added more charges. This county is a joke I had no issues with any other counties. And they are aware of these issues happening. I know they don't care and are not going to do anything different. Now I have to miss work in order to attempt to get this handled

Corruption runs deep in this court. My case was dismissed with prejudice according to the letter I received by one judge and I arrive at the dismissal hearing to find a new judge that wants nothing to do with dismissal instead revives the case. Came to court 6 times and dealt with the same judge 5 times but somehow on the dismissal hearing it’s a different judge with different rules. If you try to fight any big bank or corporation at this court just save your money and time these judges are clearly in the banks pockets.

Other reviews must of been lucky . A typical Fort Bend office under staffed , and we are over taxed . Went in for placard replacement waited 30 min with no movement going on . 3 people working for 9 avaible windows . New building for what ?

This place is a joke. Waiting one hour and 35 minutes. Don’t offer forms at this location that will not be accepted by your clerk. Or at least specify “here’s the form but we won’t help you”! There’s no one to ask. Lots of people waiting, very, very hot.

New the state and new to getting speeding tickets 😬. Called the office and asked a ton of questions and they were so helpful. Went into the office to take care of the ticket and Natasha and Sylvia were so kind and laid out every detail of what needed to be done. I’m incredibly appreciative of how patient and friendly everyone was!
