Courteous and really helpful. Great customer service. We lost our luggage. Partially our fault. Totally not Jet Blue’s fault. We had 3 flights coming from Greece. Jet Blue was the last leg. The bag was lost before JB. Jet blue was very helpful during our bag recovery process.

As a first time JetBlue customer I was a little disappointed. On my wat to New York the ride was great. Returning to AZ that totally went out the window. The pilots use the restroom over 5 times. We were already having weather issues coming in and they were tag teaming the restroom. I seriously felt like I was on the movie "The Flight" with Denzel Washington and these guys had been to the bar and drank up until departure. It was bumpy and frightening. To top of the experience, we did not have enough fuel for bad weather so they pass Phx, AZ and took us to Las Vegas for a 10 min storm delay cost us almost 2 hours. The 3 stars are for the flight to NY and Directv, "0" for the return.

So far, so good. Waiting to board plane. Security was surprisingly easy. Terminal 3 is clean, and finding the gate was well marked. Restrooms and water bottle fill station is straight across from our gate. The flight was 4 hours and 10 minutes. We were comfortable in the very last row before the restrooms. We didn't have assigned seats but the middle seat was empty, so we had a little bit more room. We paid for our checked bags, like all the other airlines. The flight crew was courteous and we were comfortable. snakes and beverages were served.
