Joke of an airline... They nickel and dime you to death... I received notification of schedule change over 4 hours so I canceled the flight requested a refund to the ofop...and that was no problem but the seats were never refunded I had to call, wait on hold for over an hour... Approaching one month and I still have not received my (over) $100 refund (regular seats). Ugh being a former employee I should have learned not to choose B6

Affordable, comfortable, friendly, customer-oriented flights in hundreds of directions to visit. Points system and flyfi, unlimited free snacks, did I miss anything?:)

I have had some good experiences with JetBlue in the past but had such an awful experience with them on my last flight. We were set to depart on time but then just sat on the runway for OVER AN HOUR. No one said anything to us. They didn't explain what was happening or share anything with us. Just left us in the dark. I get that things happen but COMMUNICATE with the passengers to let us know what is happening and when we can expect to leave. We ended up landing 35 minutes late and then they had us sit on the runway because "they weren't ready for us". We also landed the lights turned on and everybody got up and then they told us that they weren't ready for us and the attendant said "this is why you guys shouldn't rush to get up and get out of here so fast" lol. Like what do you expect when you've kept us waiting for almost 2 hours on this flight!? Ridiculous. Very disappointed and won't be flying JetBlue again.
