They helped us with a wheelchair for my wife. Also, helped us with checking in. The plane was wonderful. There were guide rails set into the upper baggage compartments. The leg room was extra length. I thought I paid extra for it, but the flight attendant said the orange seats were the ones that had the extra leg room. The seats were very comfortable and didn't hurt the legs at the end part of the seat. We did have a problem with built in entertainment screen. The flight had free wifi and snacks throughout the flight. You do pay for everything else, pillows, blankets headsets and food. The turkey sandwich for $13 was wonderful with lots of turkey and a good size for my wife and me to share. Overall, I was very impressed by JetBlue!

Great and easy to travel with. Watch which pricing you go with as a slightly higher price offers so many more perks. Staff is always nice. Planes are clean. Take your snacks or meals. Limited but decent variety to choose from on board.

JetBlue was my airline to fly me back to JFK and I wasn't sure which airline use the same terminal. My flight was delayed and if you fly low cost, you will suffer the most, lol. There was unclear announcement for how JetBlue wanted to do with overbook and check in bag. Nobody seems to want to check in their bag even they offer free check in because the plane was fully book and won't have enough space to put a small bag or luggage above the head. I still don't know their problem why they wait too long to boarding a passenger. During the flight, it wasn't good service either, so will they improve the service?

Haven’t flown with them in years until recently. Must say, JetBlue fell off in terms of quality. Budget airline customer service. Paid additional for a specific seat, seat didn’t not recline and the seat’s screen is cracked. I tried to switch seats but basically was told to FO. Please see attached my cracked tv screen. Also during boarding, comment from employee was “next time you board with us, board with the worst boarding group In your party.” Why would I do that? There’s barely any overhead space left by the time B is finished anyway. Positives that carry them to a 2 star for economy: leg room, free wifi, one free overhead and one personal

Bought Mint, went to a vacant desk, first phrase from a JetBlue employee: "Have i called you guys?". In a perfectly friendly passive agressive tone. Couldn't believe my ears, it's so rude in comparison to Europe or Asia. You can't hear it there with the cheapest tickets.
