Jet Blue, isn't the fanciest and it isn't the cheapest either. The crews from the terminals right to the flight crews are friendly and answer questions to the best of their abilities. The jets seem to be in good condition, however are not very comfortable at all. As with most commercial airlines now, it seems volume over comfort is the main priority. Cramped seating (and the seats are not very comfortable at all). There over head storage is roomy and plentiful and the availability to watch television or movies on the flight or even track your location while flying is very nice though. My only recommendation to jet blue, is rethinking their seats. We understand the need to stack us in like sardines in order to make each flight profitable. But could we please please please get more comfortable seating? I personally have hardware in my back from my L5-mt S2 vertebrae and a little extra room and a more comfortable seat to sit in, would make it more likely that I would choose Jet Blue again in the future. My takeaways are reasonable prices, friendly staff and crews, good storage. But Cramped and very uncomfortable seating.

Our flight from RSW to ORH could have been BETTER some of the flight attendants were VERY SHORT and ABRUPT with their responses. The plane was "light" there were several empty seats and there were 3 people on our row. We asked a flight attendant if one of us could move she initially replied those seats are paid seats so now we proceeded to ask about the other available seats and she simply reply the plane is light you need to take off and land in this seat. Ah ok so if one of us moves the plane won't take off OKAY. Along with their eye rolls and unclear responses it didn't make for a GREAT flight. Another flight attendant felt if she reminded with a smile she wasn't being RUDE, but she in fact was and we did inform her about her behavior. She later thought it appropriate to come QUESTION us as to why we gave her this feedback when it was explained she simply said ITS WHO I AM I AM NICE. I am aware I MAY never encounter these ladies again, but I was really disappointed in their behavior and abruptness to people on the flight.

Very disappointing with the customer priority and experience JetBlue is putting on its service. I just landed from a FLL to BOS flight (Flight 70), today February the 12th, where I had my seat in row 6 originally ticketed and assigned in my boarding pass. Well, this JetBlue employee not in duty, along side with the Counter Assistants at the gate decided just 20 minutes before boarding that it would be ok to change my seat to row 34. While I understand that airlines give their employees benefits to take flights I’ve seen others giving their employees the available seats, not their customer’s seats. Very disappointing to see that I’m so wrongly investing in TrueBlue membership, and getting the JetBlue credit card just to realize they can care less about customer experience. Just want to share that I’m 100% sure of this individual’s affiliation with JetBlue, because of his Crew type of luggage, the yellow paperwork given to him as accepted to board but more importantly because of his warm greetings with all crew members on duty in this flight, including the Captain inside the pilot cabin. I really hope he has the comfort he expected from his employer in their Even More Space seats! JetBlue can be smarter than that, I’m sure they can make sure that customers don’t realize they can careless about them

Excellent Airline! Grateful; not having to drive 50 minutes to Boston, Logan Airport. Flying directly out of Worcester the Gulf Coast Non stop was super efficient! Great job Jet Blue!
