I have not flown JetBlue in quite awhile. My reasoning for 3 stars has nothing to do with staff. From the counter to the plane, staff were nice and helpful. My issue was with the headrest TV. I was excited to be able to watch a movie before napping. My monitor as well as a few others did not work. It would turn off and back on the whole time. It never had a signal. The light kept me up all night. I could not turn it off or dim it either. I did talk with the flight attendant but she could not help me. Sadly, I paid extra to sit in the seat. The attendant gave me a credit voucher for $15. I will need to apply it to another flight within a year. With my tuff schedule this means I will get nothing.

Horrible boarding process. They made me check my bag when it is clearly a carry on bag. I have carried this bag onto every airline, including JetBlue in the past. Staff was rude. Never fly this airline again. Business travelers beware.

1st JETBLUE flight ever & I’m finally impressed with a domestic airline! the staff .. professional, helpful, Free Drinks - twice on a Transatlantic flight garbage collected at least 3 times! Omg clean bathrooms !!! No papers on the floor. The trash was not overstuffed .. 1st - midway thru the flight & again toward the last hour of the flight! The bathroom was still well maintained! IMHO JetBlue ur the best domestic airline . U have my vote & I’ll be applying for ur credit card & finding more reasons to fly with you !

They made an announcement for the last boarding group that they would have to gate check anyone with a rolling bag so I did the right but clearly dumb gullible neieve thing and let them check my bag, only to be told to go back to the end of the line to wait to board and watch them let probably 40 other people board the plane with their roller bags with no issues. I had asked if I could gate check and was told no. I asked if I could board the plane instead of having to go to the back of the line again and was told no. If you are going to announce that you are checking all bags, you should check them all. Otherwise you make the customers who do the right thing feel like shit and hate your brand when it was the only airline they trusted beforehand. 0/10 stars.

organized, the crew was attentive, and the cabin felt fresh and comfortable for the cross-country flight. I appreciated the extra legroom and the seatback entertainment made the hours fly by. Complimentary snacks and drinks kept the experience easy and enjoyable, and the overall service had a warmth that stood out. JetBlue made coast-to-coast travel feel relaxed, efficient, and just a little more elevated than expected.
