I wanted to hire a limo for a memorable birthday party. Got several prices and JET was the most competitive. The online booking process was very easy. I thought that 3 hours was too much time to bring my group to lunch and back, but it ended up being the perfect amount of time. Our driver Michael was very polite and professional. Helped us with photos and everything. Chrysler 300 Limo was comfortable and very clean. Plenty of room for guests, and it had seat belts for every seat and a LATCH system for car seats. Bluetooth stereo worked easily, and the A/C and lighting were easy to adjust. I had a smooth and trouble-free experience for our big celebration. I highly recommend JET Limousines and would definitely use them again.

We flew in the Phoenix on 13 October was picked up by delightful young man by the name of Mike took us to Sedona conversation was great. You should be proud of the employee while in Sedona we use jet again. We had Cesar as a driver in Sedona, same outcome plea for very good conversation took us where we needed to go another Credit to your establishment. They both need to be recognized. Stephen & Julia

Me and my group from Solos Holidays had a fab week with Corie our driver whilst we were with him in Arizona . His driving was very good , and he was patient with us and all our questions . We all felt safe especially when on the mountain roads and stopping for photo stops . Thanks Corie

Reckless driver!!! A Jet Limousine bus in the left lane on I-40 cut across two lanes, totally cutting us off, and barely made it onto the exit. Too bad a police officer wasn't there to ticket them. If we were driving our other car I would have had video of their dangerous driving.

if you’re into being disrespected, ignored, and overcharged for bottom-tier service. From the moment I contacted this company, I was treated like an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. The staff was shockingly rude, as if doing the bare minimum was some kind of favor to me. Calls? Ignored. Questions? Met with attitude. Professionalism? Nonexistent. The service itself? Laughable. The car was late, filthy, and barely functioning — pretty on-brand, honestly. And of course, they had the audacity to charge full price for it. Customer support was about as helpful as a traffic cone and twice as dismissive. If you enjoy wasting your time, money, and patience, this is the company for you. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.
