I absolutely love my experience with Valentine travel express. The process and confirmation that my trip has been booked was very easy and exciting. This will be my first cruise so I was nervous on who to entrust this time in my life too. I wanted to make sure me and my family had a great time so I looked everywhere. However, The ladies over Valentine walk me through every step and help me plan a trip that I know will be a heck of a time. Me and my family are excited and happy on our purchase can't wait for this trip and future ones.

Since the first time I have worked with Valentine Travel, each experience has been wonderful. Great customer service and friendly staff. I have cruised a number of times through this agency and Iwill continue to do so. We are headed out on another one in a couple of weeks! My family and friends have all used this agency as well.

I booked a large party for my birthday to Las Vegas. When people tried to make payments she wasn't available. I had to constantly follow up with everyone which is the job of a travel agent. One friend was charged even twice. Friends that landed before me couldn't check in at first, then when they checked in the wrong room was booked. Two friends were booked on the wrong flight. One friend couldn't check in at all because she was booked from Ft Lauderdale to Vegas instead of DFW to Vegas even though the confirmation she received from the travel agency said DFW. She lost her flight Valentine Travel refused to rebook her on another flight. She was never reimbursed for anything. Very un-organized can't recommend them. I will never spend my money on them ever again!!!

Tammion is the absolute best. Put a package together for my husband and I anniversary cruise, which we will be leaving in May of 2018. It was stressful for her in the beginning, but Praise God it all worked out. Keep doing what you do.
