The buses were fine but the station in Omaha doesn't have air. Its nasty hot at night here. No water fountain. The station is dirty. Omaha should be ashamed. Filthy and smelly

I like to travel, I didn't like the announcements, I like quiet really but I understand the driver has to be somewhat of a tour guide. Don't worry I will be back on Jefferson lines because I love to travel 😀

super fast, punctual and the two trips I took were great. Drivers professional and punctual. Can track bus if there is bad weather.

Newer busses. Comfortable seats with decent leg room. And never missed a connecting bus due to them running behind schedule.

I would give 5* if not for witnessing a driver talking rudely and harshly to passengers who did not speak or understand English very well. Otherwise the buses were clean and my drivers were courteous, helpful and kind
