Amazing team here! They went above and beyond to make our travels super easy, they took care of our travel documents and helped us prepare for traveling separate from our oldest son. I can’t recommend anybody else more!

This travel agency was a life saver!!!! My group of girlfriends traveled to Puerto Rico for a girls trip we do annually. Since we had a large group we decided to rent an Airbnb. The Airbnb upon arrival was a nightmare. We ended up calling JC international travel and they accommodated us very quickly! They were so pleasant, professional, and understanding of our situation. Carmen got us into a BEAUTIFUL hotel, where we were able to enjoy our girls trip and make amazing memories. Our trip what started out as a nightmare turned into an unforgettable trip thanks to JC International Travel. 10/10 would recommend!!! They are awesome!

If I could give them a zero i would definitely do it, I had the worst experience booking my vacations, they don’t pay attention at what they are doing or offering. Go give your money to another travel agency. I’m never planning vacations with them anymore.

I booked my trip to Cancun last year with them, they found me and my 3 friends a great 5 star hotel. I'm going back this week to book a trip for my friends and I this summer. :)

Been waiting for a credit for a few days already. Had to get another ticket and will probably loose more than $700 since they don’t answer. They were super nice before I dont know whats going on now. It’s like they are ignoring us.
