Avoid - my parents and aunty went to book a Dubai trip on their website and asked me to look into it and help. I will not allow it. They are charging a very high fee on top of the legal processing costs. I looked further into some of their other tour programs and noticed that they require nearly a 50% deposit, and strangely, they provide cancellation information for some trips but not for others. They also clearly state that they can increase prices without prior notice. I do not feel comfortable booking with this company.

I needed to book multi-city flight tickets for international travel. I'm so glad I chose Jaya Travels for the travel bookings versus doing it on my own thru Expedia. Devika Sreekumar helped me with the bookings and was really friendly and helpful. Over two days, I ended up requesting 3 changes in my trip itinerary including dates and choice of airline. She made those changes for me effortlessly in their reservation system. Doing that on Expedia would be almost impossible. Would highly recommend Jaya Travels to all my friends..!!

In all these years I have not encountered an incredible travel agent as keyur Shah at Jaya travel . He goes above and beyond his line of duty for us all . He is the only one I can count on for proper guidance! He is the best there is and I have referred him to all I know and even my family in India . He will stay with you till you reach your destination if he senses that you may have issues or feeling little overwhelmed! He should be recognized for his outstanding service to travel industry and his company as so many of us benefit daily . We are a big group taking trips every month and keyur is just a phone call away regardless of the time . Thanks Keyur for all you do !

Though there are mixed reviews about the Jaya Tours and Travels, I had an excellent rating for Anand ji. He is a dedicated employee of Jaya Tours and Travels rather than a mere travel agent. He gave a detailed, lively and friendly review of the Grand Europe Tour (plus other tours also) rather than simply thriving for customer's money. Of course I have not yet booked a tour, but Anand ji is always very prompt and sincere in responding to my queries, even over the weekend. He didn't force and bug me that I must book the ticket and pay instantly. He is a very open-minded person. I love to work with him for my future travel plans. Note: This review is given by me. I have used Jaya Travel & Tours ("Jaya Travel") for over 20 years for the corporate travel for my previous employer, with a substantial corporate travel budget for international and domestic travel when Corporate Travel also reported to me as a part of Procurement function . After retirement, I have been using Jaya Travel for my personal travel needs also, including vacation planning, international travel etc. Jaya travel team has been always very professional in dealing, very responsive and cost effective. I must emphasize the excellent services provided by my current Jaya Travel executive Mr. Keyur Shah, who has been helping me and my friends, (a group of about 20 ) for our international vacation travel needs for last 5 years. Keyur has been very prompt in response, very cost conscious and excellent in meeting our travel needs, looking for the best deals and communicating . I have no hesitation to strongly recommend Jaya Travel for all travel needs .
