I had a terrible experience at Japan Airlines Cargo in Building 9 at JFK. I arrived at 7:30 AM and didn’t get my load until 10:30 AM—all because the woman behind the desk moved extremely slowly and showed no urgency to assist drivers. It felt like she had no interest in doing her job efficiently. What’s worse is that some staff were helping select people quickly, while the rest of us sat waiting. That’s not how a fair process should work. If JFK is one of the busiest airports in the world, why is cargo handled so poorly here? WFS needs to seriously reevaluate the people working this location. Other nearby airports run smoother and faster. It’s time for change—and if it takes drivers speaking out on TikTok, X, or other platforms to bring attention to this mismanagement, then that’s what needs to happen. Enough is enough.

Be ready to wait around 4-8 hours, They serve those who tip them first
