I have traveled quite frequently and have used a range of travel agents to simple online booking. This is positively the best travel agency with a wonderful team. I have booked 2 trips using Michele and she is always quick to respond and listens to desires and budget. She put together a last minute trip for us and the resort was wonderful and the price was right! Thank you, Michele! We will be using Jamaican World Travel for our next trip and honeymoon!

My husband and I booked our destination wedding in JAMAICA with Michelle and I must say it was everything PLUS MORE!!! The process of booking with Michelle was smooth and very accomadating , we had a large number of family and friends book with this travel agency and everyone loved it !! There was no confusion , everything was well organized . Our friends loved it so much that now they are booking through this agency for us to go on a couples retreat in Costa RICA this summer . I enjoyed myself and Michelle made sure we had great rooms with an amazing view . Patrice is always very sweet and very helpful , if Michelle was either away or busy , Patrice was very helpful and took care of what ever we needed. They have a great system and are very organized which is expected because they have been in this business for over 30years . I would definitely reccommend if you are trying to travel the world or even want a get away or destination wedding , Jamaica World Travel is the place you need to book with !!!!

Excellent service !!!!! I book all my out of country trips with Michele . She is very professional and very sweet . My family and I just visited the Nickelodeon resort in DR and it was soo beautiful !! She made sure we had a private shuttle and everything was super smooth with no issues !! We have referred her business to our friends and family and they have all booked with her all across the world .. it has been a total of 5 big group trips and she is always so organized and precise in every detail . I look forward to planning my friends bachelorette party trip next year with JAMAICA WORLD TRAVEL again !!! This business knows their stuff when it comes to traveling and makes sure she gets you on the best flights and accommodates you whether it’s a family vacation , honey moon , birthday trips & destination wedding ect . I booked my wedding back in 2017 and that trip was so AMAZING!! The wedding details were communicated so smoothly with the resort and Michele exceeded above my expectations . Ms. Michele booked my one year anniversary trip to Jamaica, and I must say I was well pleased with her customer service and dedication for my needs. Her and team at JWT are always polite and treat you as family. I strongly recommend using this agency when it comes to booking a vacation.

Bad experience...booked a cruise with a bunch of family members. Michelle is unorganized and always too busy to get a hold of on the phone. And forget going in there you will be in the there for hours as the phone constantly rings and you are left sitting there while she tries to accommodate those on the phone ahead of you. My payments (as I was making multiple for family out of state) got all screwed up and Michelle accidentally booked my sister on the wrong flight date. And she refused to refund the money or to try and make amends of adjustments. Stated that it is the customer's responsibility to make sure the information is accurate. I understood it to a point but she was the one who entered the wrong date! As a result my sister had to wind up spending extra money to rebook the flight and pay for her transfers. I will never use again. Highly disorganized.
