Every time I come to this place is to wait very long hours do to the lack of order. The staff takes too long to process the doc's and the warehouse staff take forever to attend drivers. And apart from what they charge for the storage and for the processing they charge you for I don't know what at the counter.

This place is terrible, pick up a load from here going to Texas, pick up was on Friday, finally got my load on Monday, had to spend the whole weekend in the cesspool of L.A. the people working there are borderline mentally challenged

We used this airline several times, and every time the service is worse and worse. They never pick up the phone, so if you want to check if they work or anything about your shipment, you should go to the airport. The staff doesn't know the procedures, every time make up some new rules. Takes ages to pick up the shipment
