As a person who values quality and time while traveling, I am astounded by the detail in service that is provided at Jackson’s Jet Center. Also, Alessia at the front desk was very informative and kind.

Flew in here numerous times. Swift is a very clean big spacious ramp FBO. They CSR staff was always kind helpful and courtious to us each time we visited. Nice clean crew cars awaited us each time. On the contrary Clutter Aviation next door in El Paso treated us like dirt. Caused us all kinds of grief and when we complained the management took the employees side. Now those employees are long gone and ao is our business. Lost a HUGE fuel account and doubt we will ever return. Thus I go to Swift.

This FBO sets the bar for others to strive for. From arrival to departure, everyone was awesome and the facility is great. Line service and customer service at the desk is friendly and very attentive to their customer’s needs.
