Noted 5 star on location in case you need close to the airport (5 min drive) but there are better locations for other touristic needs.

The hotel’s proximity to the airport makes it an ideal choice for travelers. Whether you're arriving late or catching an early flight, it takes no more than 10-15 minutes to get there, which is a huge bonus. The dining experience at the hotel is a highlight. With a wide range of options, whether you're craving local delicacies or international flavor. I especially enjoyed the fusion of international and regional flavors at the on-site restaurant.

The hotel is located next to terminal 2. The check in process was easy and quick. The check in staff was friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and well maintained. It has good stock of various food items and water too. There are bunch of restaurants on site and each one of them is very good. The breakfast area staff is awesome with their service. The food quality and quantity both are excellent. The fitness area and pool both are well kept and maintained. With great employees, it is indeed five star place.

This is genuinely the hardest review I've ever had to write. We stayed for three nights, and the staff at the ITC Maratha are some of the kindest, most accommodating people I've encountered. They are the only reason this review isn't much harsher. The experience started perfectly: we checked in past midnight, and the process was quick and easy. Crucially, since we were traveling with a baby, they generously upgraded our room, which was a deeply appreciated and thoughtful gesture. Even with a loud wedding going on during our stay, we didn't have any issues with noise or disruption. The rooms were clean, and for Mumbai, the size was reasonable, though the overall cost feels steep for what you get. The location is also quite far from many of the tourist spots, making it really only convenient if you have an early flight to catch. My biggest conflict comes down to the quality of the hotel product itself versus the quality of the service. I stay at 5-star hotels for the luxury experience, and honestly, the reception lobby and general infrastructure here don't deliver that feeling. It just doesn't look like the 5-star hotel the exterior suggests. But the absolute letdown was the breakfast. I have to be completely honest: the spread was poor, and the food quality was even worse—easily 0-star. To have the exact same, bad-tasting options for three consecutive mornings was a nightmare. I’ve genuinely had better, more varied offerings at lower-category ITC properties. The worst part is that the servers and people taking our orders were so incredibly nice and friendly; it physically hurts to critique the food they serve. In summary, the staff, check-in, and personalized service are all an undeniable 5 out of 5 stars. The overall stay experience is a solid 4 stars, carried entirely by the staff. However, the breakfast and overall culinary quality were a 0-star experience that completely spoiled the luxury element of the stay. I hope the management can address the infrastructure and food, because the team they have on the ground is truly exceptional.
