Incredible experience with Issia and her travel company for a vacation with my best friend for my birthday. From the recommendations, to all bookings and customer service….10/10. Working with others takes patience and she was always very responsive and willing to help with any needs/questions before and throughout the trip. The resort in Riviera Maya was absolutely breathtaking and she wasn’t kidding when she said all inclusive lol we ate and drank all that we could. Seriously looking forward to the next trip using her services. You can’t beat the quality. Check her out or you’re truly missing something that could be worth a lifetime of memories.

Omg when I tell yall book now please book Now. Issia’s Traveling Co gave us the best experience when it comes to a travel agency. We went to Jamaica in June and it was everything. She had everything laid out from the resort to the airport transfers. I give this company a 10/10. Booking again soon.

I would not recommend booking with Issia’s Travel Agency. My experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Communication was almost nonexistent — I received no responses to my messages until I asked for a refund. Only then did I get a reply, stating that no refunds were available. To make matters worse, the original trip I booked was changed without proper communication, and instead of offering a refund, I was told I could only receive a credit toward a different trip. That’s not how business should be handled. There are many reputable and responsive travel agencies out there that value their clients and operate with integrity. Save yourself the stress and book elsewhere.

Sharing my experience with Issia, While I appreciate actually going through and booking the room she did do that. It was significant challenges and stress when booking. Firstly, I highly recommend that potential clients thoroughly read all reviews available on platforms like Google and Yelp before making a booking. Overall, I enjoyed my trip, but I encountered several issues with communication that I believe could be improved. Throughout the planning process, I experienced delays in receiving responses, sometimes waiting over 72 hours for feedback. Communication included text messages and an office line; however, I often found it difficult to connect, as the office staff could only transfer calls without providing direct assistance. Additionally, I was advised to "react" to messages to prioritize them for any needed assistance. However, when I did so in an effort to ensure timely communication regarding an upcoming payment, I received a rude response stating, "STOP DOING THAT," which felt unprofessional considering the fact I have given money and been nothing but kind and professional with communication. There was also a missed phone appointment that required rescheduling, and no apologies were given for the oversight. This lack of accountability contributed to the overall difficulty of making additional payments, leading to delays in processing my extra payment from November until January after I followed up with screenshots as proof. Moreover, I found that the final payment amount quoted was $100 more than expected, which took considerable time to fix. On the final payment date, I was unable to reach out for clarification regarding the amount, and received an email just one hour before the deadline demanding payment, adding undue stress during my workday. Lastly, it would have been beneficial to know prior to booking that my selected resort was a family oriented establishment, as well as to have received clear communication regarding the inclusion of taxes and fees in the final payment. Overall, my friend and I felt considerable stress throughout this booking process, which took from what should be an enjoyable experience. All communication was kept and is a life saver just in case.

Booked a trip to Jamaica for Oct 2025. The resort was beautiful. All communication with this company prior to the trip was very little to none. I had to continuously reach out to make payments (I literally had to remind her about payments smh) and to get updates on this trip. It had me really nervous that this was a scam. This was my 1st experience dealing with a travel agent and I do agree with other reviews that she is unprofessional and poor at communicating. Honestly the only thing she did was book the resort and transportation which I had to keep sending emails and text about to get any information. I honestly feel like in hindsight she was not needed I could have done this myself and gotten a better rate on the room as she made it seem as we got a deal because it was a group bookin, but no one person I met while there advised they booked with her lol I honestly think me and my girlfriend was the only one that followed through because I could see how she works can turn ppl off. In my opinion do not book with her she needs to get better at communicating with clients and making them feel secure in booking with her. COMMUNICATION IS HORRIBLE I CAN NOT EXPRESS THAT ENOUGH! PLEASE READ REVIWS BEFORE BOOKING WITH THIS COMPANY. It was a nice resort though I will say that. Ocean Coral Springs in Trelawny, Jamaica but that has nothing to do with this company.
