I took a big generator to send to Matanzas, Cuba to a friend and the lady in this agency told me it would take 3–4 weeks. She didn’t give me a way to track it, so after 4 weeks had passed, I went there to check on its status, and it’s always uncertain, before it was held in “aduanas” for days. Now she said it was out of the “aduanas” and should be delivered at any moment… the reality is that 7 weeks have pass by and nothing has arrived yet. We don’t know if this is going to ever arrive, and I’m not sure how they will handle this possible lost item… The extra start is just because she has always treated me with respect, but in the end, we need the service I paid for to be delivered.

The agent who attended us received our call and helped us even though we called at closing time, she didn’t mind and went the extra mile to make everything quick and professional
