I had an extremely challenging family; inman along with the provider made my experience so difficult from a poor embalming to delayed communication. I will never call them again, they lack knowledge of industry standards with their unlicensed team.

Incredible service. Wonderful support! Every person, especially travelers, needs Inman. Economical, for peace of mind. For all travels business and pleasure, this is a one time fee, instead of binding each trip. Highly recommend Inman. The internal/in-house support is also phenomenal. Great organization.

I would give zero if I could. It is now going on 10 weeks past and haven't received any pending death certificates nor final copies . I was offered a discount off the next case for you poor handling of this case, please. Sorry one screw up is enough. Would not call on your company again. Your mishandling of our case shows your lack of professionals and lack of care. Communication is not the problem, following through is. Don't apologize to me. Apologize to the wife waiting for the death certificates to file for her husband's life insurance. Inexcusable.
