The nursing staff are INCREDIBLY inattentive poor bedside manner, behave as if tending to the smallest of their patients needs is a problem. Don't answer call buttons don't fix any issues. Then let's talk about how incredibly difficult it is to get a simple medical test done. 3 days, THREE DAYS to get a singular test that kept being pushed back even after the doctor said it needed to be Stat. As in the same day. Take your loved ones some place else.

Most of the people who attending to me were extremely supportive and helpful. Except for this security guard who was sitting in his desk in the emergency department warm and comfy without a care, I asked him for directions to the main entrance. You know he told me to go out make 2, left turns and mine you it’s a cold windy day I had my small grandson I’m handicap suffering from a stroke! That was so incredibly sad and inconsiderate. But otherwise it was a nice day.

Its a hospital. Whats to say. They are saving lives. People do complain about wait times in the emergency room. There is no other hospital close by. They are doing there best. They show respect and listen they understand your fears and cries. I totally recommend this hospital. If i had to say anything on the negative. They should up grade the emergency room. Its dull and creepy. They are well over do for a make over.
