Arrived last night after 10pm and the restaurants I saw were closed. Kind of a ghost town. The airport was clean and bathrooms were nice. Beautiful airport. Incredibly spacious and it has HUGE ceilings. Lots of restaurant choices prior to TSA checkpoint. Hoping TSA goes well on Sunday when I go back. It’ll be an early flight so hopefully some restaurants are open. The airport was easy to navigate. Uber/Lyft signs are clearly marked. An escalator was closed but an elevator located close by.

This airport is large but well organized. The internal space is good looking and pleasant. It’s clean and x-ray devices at security checkpoints are advanced so no need to take the laptop and tablet out of the carryon or the backpack 🎒.

Extremely clean. Prompt check in. Plenty of restaurants and snack places both pre and post security check. So nice after the crowds of Atlanta. All employees are professional, check in was great, TSA pre check fine. Great airport to fly out of and into for domestic purposes.

We arrived at 11 pm. Shops were all closed. Lots of people still working the baggage claim area and rental cars. By the time we excited the plane and made it to baggage claim, our bags were already there! Rental car area was a breeze too! Even at the late hour. Our first experience with this airport was great! Nice airport, and various attractions within it like cars from speedway motor museum, Kind Gallery, Beatles. Designs for identifying the restrooms is nice. Creativity at the airport reflects via art and designs.

I recently traveled through Indianapolis International Airport (IND) and was genuinely impressed. The restrooms were well-maintained, and the airport overall felt tidy and welcoming. There was plenty of seating, making it easy to find a comfortable spot to relax even during busy times. The staff was exceptionally friendly and patient, clearly explaining what items—such as blankets, pillows, and personal handbags—were allowed as carry-ons, which helped avoid confusion. I also appreciated the souvenir shop’s self-checkout option, which made purchasing quick and convenient. Overall, my experience at IND was very pleasant, and I felt well taken care of throughout my visit.

I often fly into Indianapolis Airport via Alaska Airlines, and it’s easily one of my favorite airports. It’s not huge, so while direct flight options are limited, the convenience of navigating through here makes up for it. The security lines are usually quick and the layout is simple to understand. If you have TSA pre, that helps speed up the lines. My favorite part is that the rental car center is directly connected to the terminal (you can walk to the rental car counter). It’s not one with a bus shuttle with lots of waiting around, hence you cannot just grab your keys and go. The ceiling design before you reach the gates, paired with the massive windows, creates a bright and open atmosphere. Something pleasant to look at. The airport always feels clean and well-kept, which adds to the travel experience. They also regularly have displays or presentations that give the place a welcoming and interesting vibe. The staff are helpful, and the signage is clear, making it stress-free for first-time visitors. Parking and drop-off are straightforward as well.
