Our Flight Instructor Jason said they appreciate reviews…so here we go 😆. 10/10 I used the Father’s Day bundle for my boys birthdays to do an experience with friends instead of a standard party…they did such a great job. The check in staff was friendly and excited for the kids which helped to calm some of their apprehension. Jason got the kids suited up and did all the education and safety training with them and they were excited to go. Once in the kids had so much fun. Jason suggested the high fly for the birthday boys which we did.They both said it was the best part. We were then given a show of Jason’s skill in air tube and the kids loved it…Spider-Man skills were immaculate. Great way to do something different with the family or celebrate a birthday.

Safe and fun! A must do! We went with our Civil Air Patrol cadets and families. Youngest flier was 7. The kids loved it. The guys in the tube with them had big smiles and kept them safe. Constantly reaching and encouraging. It was exciting to watch! They have a side room that the kids went in to learn about wind speeds, velocity, surface tension, etc. Mathematics, etc. Nice! Then they brought the different items the kids hypothesized about and were able to see how each item responded within the wind tunnel. The kids were engaged. Enjoyed the experience and the learning. We also got the video package which was great! But observers can video who's in the tube and take photos as well! Great place! Highly recommend!

They go over all the safety rules, teach you simple hand signals for communication inside the wind tunnel, and make sure you are completely comfortable before you take flight. Their enthusiasm is contagious, and their attention to detail really makes you feel like you’re in great hands. The whole setup inside is super impressive. You start by getting your flight suit, helmet, earplugs, and goggles — all provided to you so you’re fully prepared. After the briefing, you step into the massive vertical wind tunnel, which is the heart of the iFLY experience. It looks futuristic, with powerful fans creating a smooth, controlled column of air that simulates the sensation of freefall. The first time you lift off your feet and float on the air, it’s both surreal and exhilarating. It truly feels like flying. The instructors stay right there with you inside the tunnel, helping you adjust your body position so you can balance, spin, rise, and fall. Even as a beginner, they make sure you get to feel the thrill of flying without ever feeling unsafe. It’s an amazing combination of adrenaline and pure fun, and the instructors cheer you on the whole way. What also makes iFLY San Antonio stand out is the convenience of the location. I took my daughter for her Birthday a few days ago . Our trainer was Taylor. He was super AWSOME . It was my daughter’s first time and he made her very comfortable. He helped coach her and they ROCKED inside the air . The facility is nice and clean . The other workers were nice as well . I def recommend this activity. We will return again . I had such an amazing experience!! I celebrated my birthday here and the whole staff made me feel welcomed and loved. My instructor Taylor made me feel completely at ease and exuded a chill and positive vibe. He was patient with me and made me feel comfortable enough to ask questions. There was another lady (my apologies for forgetting your name) she was amazing as well! This was the best part of my birthday and I will be recommending everyone here. Thank you so much 🩵 I will definitely be returning!

I had my daughter’s fifth birthday party here, and the staff was absolutely amazing! I believe the two people we mainly interacted with were Taylor and Liz. They were friendly, patient, and incredibly accommodating, even with our group being mostly younger kids, which made things a bit crazy at times. They took their time to make sure everything went smoothly and handled every little hiccup we had. When a few kids backed out, they even helped us with last minute replacements without hesitation. The staff went above and beyond to make my daughter feel special. They kept the safety presentation fun and engaging, even for the youngest in our group and we had kids as young as 3. They continued to check on us even after the flight to be sure everything went well. Everyone had such a great time, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. All of our guests kept talking about how amazing the party was.
