I really try to keep an open mind and to grow my own patience but it's difficult with IAG Cargo. Their only saving grace is that, once in a while, one of the employees may seem to sincerely care about their job and about your pet. I have dealt with IAG three times to send my dog out of the country (with me on a plane) and each time, it's a really rough process but since they're the only game in town (without spending a LOT more money), my choices are limited. However, most of the time, the service is painfully slow, the employees frequently don't seem to have answers for what you need. No one volunteers any information or help unless you ask directly for it. The last time I brought my dog into Boston, the only visible employee was asleep at the desk. I woke him up, and he was able to start the process but once his two-task TO-DO was finished, he went back to sleep. Another time, a different employee did the same thing but instead of sleeping, he was watching videos on-line. EVERY TIME, there seems to a be a new problem, a new challenge, and few people seem to have answers -- worse, they don't seem to know how to find them. I gave them one star for that rare employee who occasionally seems to really want to help.

Every-time I call to figure out how to pick up my package everyone has a different answer. Been sent 4 times as if it’s everyone’s first day on the job.

Don’t ship your pets with them! My pet was injured and NOBODY informed me! They could’ve helped her but they chose not to. To make it worse they take no accountability! Thousands of dollars in damages and not a care in the world from this company!!!! AVOID.

Only 1 star just because of the peoples who helped me. Especially air wolf driver, he helps me a lot Other than that avoid at all costs!!! They don't give a s....t to your trailer! They will damage it! Do not go there!

Do you need holes on your dry van trailer? This is the place to go pick up a load! They just damage my 2022 Wabash trailer! Awesome
