    We used IAG cargo to transport our two cats from Seattle to London. They were very professional and kind, and our cats made it to Heathrow safely which is the most important thing. Due to a last-minute plane malfunction, our cats had to fly out a day later than us, which as you can imagine was incredibly stressful for us. Once IAG was informed, they immediately made sure the cats would be re-booked for the next day. We very much appreciated their experience and assistance during such a stressful time. Highly recommend them for transporting your pets.

    Used IAG to get our cat on a British Airways flight to London. Used the inquiry on the BA website and once the paperwork was confirmed, I was given a direct email address to this location to confirm drop off time and when payment would be due. At the time of drop off the women reviewed all necessary paperwork and shared her love for pets as well. Her love of pets reassured us that our pet would be in as good of hands as possible given the horror stories of pets traveling in the cargo area. Very grateful for this team and happy to report our pet arrived without issue.

    Communication is not a strong point. Zero respect fort truck drivers no help getting documentation straight. Mass gathering of people in the lobby no social distancing there hasn't been any circulation in that place since the beginning of time. Mass smoking right outside the door and the worst customer service I have witnessed in history of history.....British Airways should be appalled by the way these folks treat customers and their pets... Worst place I've been to in 30 years of trucking . Hands down the saddest example of " service" I can't say enough about how bad they make people feel.. Never take brokerage freight from these folks. You will not make any money by the time they get done failing at there jobs. .. .

    So, two stars because my dogs made it safely. But seriously slooooooooooow people work here. I showed up 30 minutes earlier than the four hours they require and I still was almost late to my flight. One person was in front of me and it took an hour and a half! They only had one guy who checks in dogs (I guess everyone else is there to watch him) the dude was slow at everything. He even signed his name slowly. Who does that? Anyway, get yourself time. Because these guys don't give two hoots about your schedule. You exist in their world.

    I won’t recommend British airways, their customer services is pathetic and outdated by a century. Website will recommend you mobile app and app will recommend you to use customer service number, customer service number will bounce you from one number to another after 15 days you get hold of an agent they will ask you some 10 question and find an excuse for not able to assist you. And fin part is all I was looking was to select a meal option and no other change. I can’t imagine how will it be if you have to make any other change or another urgent need related to travel.
