If you need a Vietnam visa FAST, this is the place to go do it. Got mine within days! I don't know about any of their other services but don't expect American style service where they greet you with a smile, expect a more "in and out" style and just know what you want before coming in. They have both English and Vietnamese speakers.

As another has said, this place is not professional. I called to ask a simple question: "Do you charge a fee to book a ticket?" or "Does it cost extra to buy a ticket?" I phrased it several times so that the agent could understand. The agent on the line kept thinking that I was asking how much a ticket costs. She kept asking me "Where do you want to go? When do you want to go?" She would not give me a yes or no answer about an agency fee and insisted that I give her all these details, then she gave me an estimate for the cost of the whole trip. I asked her once more after I told her about my trip plans whether or not they will charge an agency fee, and FINALLY she said no. That's all I needed to know. I decided not to use their services because I would rather not deal with people who could not communicate basic information, and it was cheaper for me to buy a ticket online.

Very unprofessional. I came here to buy a plane ticket for my aunt and they made me wait 3hrs until giving me a plane ticket. Also, I told the owner specifically that my aunt wanted to have a transition from Vietnam to Dallas airport and then to Missouri city. However, the lady bought a plane ticket for my aunt that had transition airport in Detroit. I found out the problem and we had to a separate ticket. She did not mention about doing visa for us even though every all the agencies do that. Very disappointed for bad customer service. Do not go here unless you want more problem.

These people are a bunch of crooks. We booked the tickets and was told that tickets could be refunded without penalty for medical reasons. We submitted the information and they wanted different type of documents. Do not do business with these people.

Got the 5 yrs visa through them. Easy and efficient.
