5/5 stars! A great place to be. One of my favorite things is the people at this gym! Abby is an absolute rockstar at HOTWORX Gym! Her energy and passion for fitness are contagious, and she makes everyday feel like a party. She's always willing to lend a helping hand, offer words of encouragement, and push you to be your best self. Whether you're a seasoned pro or just starting out, Abby creates a welcoming and supportive environment that makes you feel like part of the family. I can attest to her expertise and dedication. A great gym and a great environment!

Hotworx has become my go to workout spot over the last six months. The gym is always clean and the staff is so nice and friendly. I was so surprised when the entire staff learned my name. The infrared saunas have been a huge bonus. I always feel so good after a session. Thanks Khara and Abby for always answering my questions and encouraging me. I can’t wait to see what the next six months brings!!!

An absolute game-changer! The infrared sauna workouts at Hotworx are incredible. I love the variety of sessions and the fact that I can get in a killer workout in just 30 minutes. The studio is always clean, and the staff is super friendly. Highly recommend!

HOTWORX has truly changed my life. Since joining, I’ve lost over 100 pounds and more than 18 pant sizes — but what’s even more incredible is how much better I feel overall. My mental clarity and energy are always at their best when I’m consistently using the infrared saunas. I love that the workouts are simple enough for anyone to do, yet still incredibly effective and fulfilling, even when I only have a short amount of time. The variety of workouts keeps things interesting, and I can always find something that fits how I’m feeling that day — from gentler, modified sessions to more challenging, high-intensity options. It’s also the little things that make such a big difference — being able to shower right after my workout, rent mats and towels if I forget mine, and grab something from the vending machine stocked with drinks and protein options. The FX Zone is great for extra strength or muscle work, too. The owner and staff are absolutely outstanding — always welcoming, motivating, and ready to help. HOTWORX has become more than just a place to work out for me — it’s truly become part of my healthy lifestyle.

This is my 3rd week at Hotworx and I have nothing but good things to say. It’s a great, clean space with plenty of workout options to be doing at all times. Abby at the front desk is super warm and inviting and always helps me with anything I need! I’ve loved my time here at Hotworx so far.
