I had made a reservation for a room, but on arrival there was an issue that needed to be resolved. At the front desk, employee Elena was professional, friendly, and sincerely wanted to resolve the issue to my satisfaction. I was very grateful for the excellent service she provided. Unfortunately, we weren't able to stay at the hotel that day, so I can't review the rooms. But I wouldn't hesitate to plan a stay there in the future.

I had a mixed experience staying at this hotel. The staff was genuinely kind and helpful, which I truly appreciated. If you're traveling solo or with friends, this place might work well for you. However, I wouldn’t recommend it for families with toddlers. The Downsides: Ventilation Issues: The windows can’t be opened, which made the room feel stuffy. My toddler became quite irritated and restless indoors, often wanting to leave the hotel altogether. Lack of Drinking Water Access: There’s no drinking water available on each floor. I had to go all the way from the third floor to the ground floor every time my toddler needed water, especially for baby feeding, which was inconvenient. The Positives: The gym is open 24/7, which is a great perk. Breakfast is provided every morning, which adds good value to the stay. Overall, while there are some good features, the hotel falls short in terms of comfort and practicality for families traveling with young children.

Holiday Inn Express: A Great Stay for Families of 5 Our recent stay at the Holiday Inn Express was an excellent experience for our family of five! We needed a comfortable, affordable, and convenient place to stay, and this hotel definitely checked all the boxes. Room Comfort & Space We stayed in a room with two queen beds. The room was surprisingly spacious, allowing everyone to spread out without feeling cramped. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we all had a restful sleep each night. There was also plenty of storage space for all our luggage, which was a big plus. The only con was the shower, it got very humid while showering and there was no system to air it out, also the shower kept crinkling whenever you moved around. Lastly, I would be aware it’s a dog friendly hotel and we noticed that the hallway smelled like dog pee, just something to think if your not a dog lover. Amenities The hotel offered everything we needed for a stress-free stay. The free breakfast was good—plenty of options like eggs, sausage, pancakes, and , along with a great selection of beverages. The kids loved the pancake machine, and it was easy for us to grab something quick before heading out for the day. Additionally, there was free Wi-Fi, which kept the kids entertained during down time, and the indoor pool was a hit with the whole family. After a day of sightseeing, it was nice to have a safe and clean spot to relax and unwind. Location The location was perfect for us, with easy access to major attractions and restaurants. We didn't have to drive too far for most of the activities we planned, which saved a lot of time. My kids really enjoyed the arcade in front of the hotel, especially the pinball machines . The shuttle was a major plus, it was very helpful if you needed to get around, if you didn’t feel like driving. Customer Service The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. The con was we had a few requests, like extra towels from housing keeping, they seem to feel bothered whenever we ask for towels. Overall For a family of five, the Holiday Inn Express provided everything we needed—comfortable rooms, great amenities, a somewhat friendly staff, and a convenient location. It offered great value for the price, and we would definitely stay here again on our next family trip!

We recently spent four nights at this hotel. Although it's about 43 miles from the airport and downtown Seattle, its location was perfect for our visit to Lake Stevens. It has above ground and underground parking, an indoor pool, a small gym and free breakfast. The hotel in general was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. It's only a couple of blocks from the freeway (but I did not hear the freeway noise at night), but close to food, a grocery store and other amenities. I would stay there again.

I had a very comfortable stay at this Holiday Inn. The rooms were clean and comfortable. My room was spacious with a desk, wardrobe, sofa, coffee table, mini fridge and microwave. The window opens part way which enabled me to get fresh air if I wanted, or AC. The LG TV in the room had a range of channels available. The front desk has complimentary toothpaste and other necessities for those who need it. There is a workout room and pool on the ground floor. The breakfast included a range of options including scrambled eggs, sausage, cold cereals, oatmeal, muffins, toast, bagels, pancakes, biscuits& gravy. The coffee & tea and lemon water are available all day. I highly recommend staying here. The hotel shares a spacious parking lot with an 80s arcade and a Korean BBQ. It is walking distance to an outlet mall, Panera Bread & other shops & restaurants.
