Our stay was comfortable, clean and safe. The staff were friendly and helpful. We booked the 2 queen bed suite, which also had a pull out sofa bed. The set up of the room was great. You entered into a sitting area with the couch and a chair. There was also a bar to eat at with 2 stools. Attached to the bar was a kitchenette with sink microwave, and good size mini fridge. They also had a keurig and left k-cups and other items to make coffee. Plenty of drawers and cabinets in kitchenette. The bathroom was a across from the kitchenette and was spacious with a bathtub/shower. Towels were exchanged daily. After the bathroom were 2 closets, bureau, a desk and 2 queen beds. The nightstand and all around the room were plenty of outlets and USB outlets. The beds were soft and clean and with a 2 choices of pillow types. The housekeeper tended our room daily and did an excellent job and respected our belongings. We asked for blankets, sheets and pillows for the pullout and they had them to us in less than 10 minutes. Full size Dove conditioner, shampoo, body wash, hand soap, and lotion are provided. Hairdryer and iron were also available in the room. Breakfast was provided and changed daily and was good and had a great variety. Kids loved pancake machine. Decent amount of tables for eating and breakfast staff were sweet, attentive, kept everything cleaned and stocked. The pool was open 6 am to 11 pm and was heated with towels, chair, and loungers available. Many kids in the pool were left unattended and hotel staff did not monitor. These could lead to the pool being rowdy and loud at times. The hotel is right off NB15 and close to stores and places to eat. Gas station and Tim Horton in same parking lot.

Nice room, clean, well appointed. Suited my needs with a large desk, couch, coffee table, fridge, wardrobe. I was attending a meeting and my rate included a buffet breakfast. The pool room and gymn were accessible near the check in desk. The front door was covered. Parking was great and well lit.

We stayed at this property for one night June 30th to July 1st.It was a treat to stay here . Staff were super friendly Especially Jasmin at the front desk took care of us well beyond her call of duty, Very nice breakfast, . Room was immaculate. Thanks to the dedicated staff.

Very friendly reception and smooth check-in. This hotel is always quiet, and oh so comfortable beds. Conveniently located next to a Tim Hortons, Shell gas/convenience store. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. Our rental car was only available the next morning. To make it so much easier for us, staff stored our luggage after check-out and arranged a shuttle back to the airport to pick up our rental car. The staff always make our stay pleasant and that they value our business. This is why we keep coming back to this hotel. It is very highly recommended for your stays when flying in or out of the Moncton International Airport. We will definitely be back the next time we are in the greater Moncton area.

Rosemarie works in the breakfast area. She is at the top of her game. Her personality is so bubbly, and greets everyone with a wonderful smile. She promptly attends to any request a person has. She is a perfect example of how a service worker should interact with people. A truly great employee.
