Davonna Willis recently hosted the 3rd Annual Black Massage Therapist Conference at the Hilton Charlotte Airport Hotel, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about this venue and their incredible staff! They made sure every element of our conference ran smoothly—from the ballroom setup to the breakout spaces, catering, and accommodations. The staff went above and beyond to make our attendees feel welcome and supported throughout the entire weekend. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, with a convenient location and exceptional service at every turn. Our guests raved about the food, the comfort of their rooms, and the warm, accommodating atmosphere. We were greeted by a very kind man and was able to check in at 3pm. We relaxed in our spacious very clean room for a couple of hours then decided to just stay dry and eat dinner at the hotel. I was pleasantly surprised that the menu had more options than what the QR code in the room showed. My hubby had the chicken on sweet potato mash, I ordered the veggie Fettuccine Alfredo - we both cleaned our plates it was all so tasty. We enjoyed our server Rina as well. She was just the right amount of attentiveness. Thank you to everyone for making our stay comfortable.

This was a beautiful hotel.. I was greeted so beautiful by Ms Julia Burgress at the front desk.. she was so nice; humorous, made me feel welcomed and right at home for a lovely romantic weekend with my girlfriend,.. the roomswas nice and clean smelled good.. comfortable and spacious. I give a 6 star to Ms Juilia and her staff.. and the reception was just awesome and romantic for me and my love. I WILL BE BACK!! I RECOMMEND TO ANYBODY..

Overall great experience! When I landed in Charlotte, I called the hotel to schedule a shuttle bus to pick me up. Their automated system answered and took my request with ease. They even provided a link where I could track the bus until it arrived. I thought that was a great feature. Mr. Jeff, the shuttle driver, was very friendly and accommodating. He helped me with my luggage, the van’s temperature was comfortable, his driving felt safe, and he helped open the doors to the hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, and clean. The staff greets you with a friendly demeanor. The room is spacious and stylish. There are 3 working elevators and they don’t require a card key, which I thought was convenient. The property feels safe. I’d love to return here in the future.

This Hilton is in a great location. Close to the airport but a bit away from the whole highway busy area in front of the airport. It has airport shuttle service so no problem there. Room was clean. Due to my Diamond status I got upgraded to an Executive Suite which was very nice. Also got access to the Executive Lounge. Staff is very friendly and attentive at both, the front desk and the lounge. Can't speak about the restaurant cause I didn't go there. Maybe next time I'll try it. I do recommend staying at this Hilton even if it is for one transit night.
