Rafe was able to get me across the bay and back to/from Fred’s Creek Cabin while I hiked Mt Edgecumbe. He was a fantastic captain and even loaned me bear spray, which I really appreciated. Definitely recommend him for any tours and trips in Sitka.

Rafe was very knowledgeable about the area, an excellent captain, and provided generous flexibility in change of plans when our flights got canceled. He also let us use his bear spray on our hike.

Rafe was born and raised in Sitka. He knows the area better than anyone. He led us on an amazing adventure. He knows the history and he was fantastic at showing us around. We saw plenty of wildlife and were thrilled with this tour. He now owns a smaller boat too, so maybe you can book a private tour. We would do this again for sure!!

Our family enjoyed a fabulous day put together by Rafe! We couldn’t be happier with the amazing cove and beach he took us too, full of wildlife and the most amazing views! His boat was great and he is a terrific and safe captain! We can’t wait to come back and do a multi day trip with him!!
