Hands down the BEST experience our church has had working with a travel agency. We have multiple teams traveling this summer and their help has been awesome. One team had a last minute travel change due to a member getting COVID and Rusty fixed it right away. We were able to reschedule them on a later flight once they were well. Anna was awesome to work with on booking our flights and Rusty has been great at dealing with last minute changes and fligth delays. BONUS: They saved us a lot of money over what we spent last year booking on our own and were able to get us additional baggage allowances and save us even more money. Their ministry has blessed our ministry!
