Very happy with the whole experience. Quick and got a great price then an additional $30 off that with a Capitol 1 promotion. Loved the car I got (funny it was the exact same car that in own color and everything) but everything was great from pick up to turn in.

I was told to go to a specific spot for a vehicle. I loaded my luggage in the vehicle, and went to leave the lot and happy with the car. When I got to the kiosk to leave, I was told the vehicle was assigned to someone else so I had to return the car to the spot I got it from and go back inside the building for a new car. I should’ve been halfway home by the time I was getting the new rental. The vehicle that was available already had damages prior to picking it up. I let the customer service agent know when I left the lot with the car. The tire didn’t affect the driving of the car, but I was not able to return the vehicle as I already had plans for the entire day and the local branch was closed for the weekend and I was leaving Friday. I still got a claims email despite reporting the damage. I’m assuming the email is standard across the board for damages they find on the car. I understand that we are all human, but the damages weren’t recorded when I told them about the damage and still received the email. So far, the experience with dealing with the damages is subpar. I was offered a $50 credit for the inconvenience of having damages on the car, but I’m not paying for damages that were already on the car when it was picked up.

Horrible Hertz experience. BEWARE! I prechecked-in the day before my rental online, as Hertz stated I could go right to the rental car. The precheck included taking a picture of my drivers license & selfie, then inputting my credit card. After I completed the lengthy precheck, Hertz sent me the statement below… “When you arrive to pick-up your vehicle, please proceed to the main rental counter to receive your vehicle assignment and rental agreement.” At the pickup location there was a long line out the door. Tired customers immediately started telling me their horror stories about the wait time. I politely bypassed the line to enter the office to see if there was a separate counter for “pre checked customers”, BUT there was NOT. The Hertz Office also was processing for Dollar & Thrifty Rental Car companies. It took us 2-hours to get the rental car & drive away. I’ll never use Hertz again!

This location was a great place to rent a vehicle from. The online experience is easy and explained the pickup process well. Drop-off could not be any easier. Car was freshly washed with low miles and most importantly did not smell of weed.

Hertz is a fantastic rental car company. One reason is how they put all the members on the TV monitor when you first arrive. Having members names on the TV monitor is helpful because it tells you where to go. For example since I am a good member. By my name it showed gold. I got to go to the gold row and select my own car. Another benefit was I got to skip the counter. You scan your license ahead of time and you can skip the counter if you are a member. Highly recommend hertz golds rewards program. The car selection was great. In Philadelphia I had 2 rows I got to pick from. Really enjoyed the 2025 Silver Nissan I selected.
