Understandable the system was down when I visited but my biggest issue was the cleanliness of the vehicle unfortunately I do not have pictures because I was already running behind schedule with the the outage I had to drop it off in Dallas because it was a one day. They may have pictures and I also expressed that the way the vehicle looked is how I picked it up im not sure if it was documented then. My rental was for 10:30 an I dont think I got everything finalized until maybe 12 pm closer to 1 pm. The young man that helped me was nice and professional but the car looked like it went thru a mud slide of some sort it was the interior and exterior

The ladies that work at the bossier Hertz are amazing. They were so helpful and sweet during the time my truck was in the body shop. Insurance only covered my rental for a month and my truck repair was much longer. However, the ladies were able to help me keep a rental without paying an arm and a leg. They were so sweet and I am so grateful that they were able to help me.

My car was parked and ran over (totaled) by an uninsured driver. State Farm (my insurance company) approved a rental with Hertz because I pay monthly for rental coverage. When I returned the vehicle the Hertz office lady was very rude. She accused me of having a pet in the car and I do not own any animals!! When I told her that I didn't own animals, she just kept insisting I had a pet in the car and I was lying!! I value my integrity and told her I would not lie to her! If I had a pet in the car I would say "yes I had a pet in the car" and go vacuum the car out.... I would not have had a problem at all. But she point blank told me I was lying. When I picked the rental car up right before their closing time the office attendant had to quickly go vacuum the car before they could release the car to me . I did not inspect it for pet hair, but obviously there was none noticeable in the front seat. No one rode in the backseat while I had the vehicle, nor did I look at the backseat. All I know is THERE WAS NOT A PET IN THE CAR DURING THE TIME I HAD THE CAR. However, the Hertz website says they are a pet friendly business!! She acted like I was actively growing fur in the car and called me a liar!!! Unethical behavior and disrespectful.

A big shout out to Chris and Natasha at the Airline location in Bossier City. They went above and beyond our needs. They made sure we had the perfect vehicle for our family vacation and answered every question we had. We will definitely rent our next vehicle with them and recommend our family and friends. Every news was met…perfection!!!👏🏽

I had an outstanding experience at the Hertz location on Airline Drive in Bossier City. Tasha James and Tai Varner were both incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. They made sure the rental was quick and easy, explained everything clearly, and went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied. It’s refreshing to see team members who genuinely care about customer service – they both exceeded my expectations and truly represent the Hertz brand well. I also want to recognize the gentleman in the back who was cleaning the cars. He made sure our vehicle was spotless and ready when we arrived, and he took extra care to ensure everything was in great condition before we left. The whole team worked together seamlessly and made my experience exceptional.
