The most absurd business experience I've ever had. Had no way to take payment with a chip card. They only had an ancient swipe reader and, when called, management basically told me to rent elsewhere. Have no idea how they're still in business. Will never use Hertz again.

Place looks closed and semi abandoned. Someone, presumably the owner of the business, is using it as a storage facility. The primary office seems to be located inside Barkley Regional Airport Terminal across the hall from the coffee shop and snack bar for the airport and just a few feet from the main boarding and deboarding gate.

I booked a car rental online to be picked up at 7:30 PM. Their website states they are open until 8:00 PM. Google even says these hours were verified 10 weeks ago. I went to pick up the car and there was no one in site. I tried to call but all I got was an answering machine. They have definitely lost my business. I will not be using them again and definitely do not recommend ever using them.

This company stole from me. The owner claimed I traveled with a pet when in fact I did not. Said there was dog hair left behind. I never had ANY dog or any animal in the car and argued possibly it came from my coat that sheds a bit. Charged me 400$ because they had to clean it. ABSOLUTE SCAM! No matter how much I argued my case the owner would not waive the feel and told me he “wouldn’t budge”. He was rude, uncaring, and a thief. Especially during the holiday season. Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Once again Hertz always deliver top tier service from customer service to the automobiles....I enjoy doing business with this location. I don't put my name on anything that doesn't exceed excellence in the corporate/business world, so when I tell you I have had nothing but great experiences with this location, I wholeheartedly mean that with sincerity! I recommend Hertz to all great clients.
